Serve with 2 poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and breakfast potatoes.
Add chopped onion and sweet peppers and kosher salt to a small skillet. Saute in coconut oil until brown and caramelized. Set aside and cool to room temperature.
Preheat waffle maker
Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl
In a seperate bowl beat eggs, coconut oil, almond milk, chopped onion and peppers
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and until blended
Allow batter to rest 8 to 10 minutes
Bake waffle until golden brown, about 6 minutes
